The agent of Lazio attacker Keita Balde Diao says he remains committed to Spain.

Italy are keen to cap Diao.

"Keita is very hurt because he feels Spanish and does not understand the administrative delay," Angelo Cascella is quoted by Spanish news agency EFE.

"He greatly regrets this and is frustrated at having not been able to defend the colours of his nation, even at youth level, despite having become a player of international level."
