The agent of Cristiano Ronaldo feels the Real Madrid star should've rested more going into the World Cup last summer.

Jorge Mendes believes Ronaldo suffered from fatigue and knee problems in Brazil.

"It's clear he would have rested more if he wasn't so professional... he always wants to play," said Mendes.

"If it had been someone else, they wouldn't have played."
