The agent of Christian Eriksen insists there's no issues with Tottenham teammate Harry Kane.
However, Martin Schoots has expressed his surprise at Kane's desperation to claim last week's disputed goal at Stoke City.
He told the London Evening Standard: “It's a remarkable situation, although we shouldn't make it bigger than it is. But it's true that in 35 years in football I've never seen anything like this before.
“Fortunately, Christian is a very intelligent guy and he will not make an issue of it. He was voted player of the year by two supporters' groups last season, the second time in his Tottenham career that this has happened. These trophies are incredibly important for Christian.
“I am pretty sure the fans voted for him not only for his world-class skills, but also because of his work ethic, modesty and uncompromising team focus.
“For Christian, there is only the team, always and everywhere, standing together, shoulder to shoulder.
“Anyone in football knows that this exemplary mentality is a tremendous gift and quality. It has got him to where he is at the age of 26, and it will push him to become even better. It is great to see that the fans love him for that."
