The agent of Napoli midfielder Mirko Valdifiori has touted him to Fiorentina.
Valdifiori joined last summer from Empoli.
“He wants to play with continuity," Mario Giuffredi said on Radio Blu.
“When he has been called into action he's proven that he's a player worthy of the great Italian clubs. So if other options arise then we'll evaluate them.
“Fiorentina? Yes, he'd fit well with Fiorentina's technical project, but the goal is to have continuity. When he was always playing at Empoli he got called-up to the national team.
“He can play in any formation, but I don't know if [Fiorentina Coach Paulo] Sousa will stay or if he'll use the same formation.
“We won't talk about the transfer market until the end of the season, because many clubs are late in making their plans and the market is at a standstill right now."
