The agent of Marc Cucurella denies Chelsea are trying to offload him.

Marca says Chelsea have offered the former Barcelona defender to Atletico Madrid.

It's suggested Chelsea are keen to find a buyer for Cucurella, despite only a year at Stamford Bridge after joining last summer from Brighton.

However, Cucurella's agent Alvaro Dominguez has denied the reports.

Dominguez posted a screenshot of the article on social media and added “fake news".
