The agent of Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly has opened the door to a future move to Manchester City.

Bruno Satin admits intermediaries know City boss Pep Guardiola is seeking a centre-half signing for January.

He told Radio Crc: "Manchester City? Kalidou can join an even more prestigious club than Napoli.

"Guardiola wants a new defender, but he is looking for a player to overcome (Vincent) Kompany's injury, not someone like Kalidou, who can become an indisputable starter with City."

Satin has also spoken this week of Koulibaly being committed to the Azzurri.
