Manchester United have made an offer for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

United and PSG are in contact with the Serb's agent, Matej Kezman, and have both informed the former Chelsea striker they will pay €65m for the Serb this summer.

Il Messaggero says Kezman has now taken the offers to Lazio president Claudio Lotito.

Kezman was at the Olimpico yesterday for Lazio's defeat to AC Milan.

Lazio coach Maurizio Sarri has approved the sale and is in contact with Allan, encouraging the midfielder to negotiate a release from his contract at Everton.
