The agent of Lazio star Keita Balde Diao admits he's held talks with Manchester City chief Txiki Begiristain.

Balde Diao has been linked with City and Liverpool this season.

Rafa Coto told LaLazioSiamoNoi.it: "I am the lawyer of Keita and other players. I confirm that I ate with Begiristain in Barcelona, we talked about all the players who in one way or another have to do with me.

"City has not made offers for Keita, it was I who had spoken to him and the fact that we are working to have him get an EU passport. But we also talked about other players.

"Keita owes much to Lazio, and if in the coming meetings Manchester City were interested in him, we will notify the club. I have a good relationship with Begiristain and it is normal I meet with him to talk about players."
