The agent of Henrikh Mkhitaryan says he's ready to discuss a new deal with Inter Milan.

The veteran midfielder was outstanding in Saturday's 5-1 derby triumph against AC Milan.

Agent Rafaela Pimenta told Tuttosport: “Mkhitaryan is aging like a fine wine. He's only improving with age.

“The player's contact expires at the end of next June.

“Clearly the midfielder wants to stay in Milan, where he's totally happy.

“So therefore his priority is to sign a contract with the club from Viale della Liberazione as soon as possible."
