The agent of Anderlecht striker Matias Suarez believes the Argie can get a UK work permit to fulfil his Premier League dream.
Jorge Cyterszpiller says Suarez is wanted by "Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool" and is confident work permit problems can be overcome.
"The Premier League can make an exception to allow for the best player in the Belgian league to move to England," he said.
