The agent of Sporting Braga defender Evaldo has confirmed Sporting Lisbon face competition for the young fullback.

Aston Villa are also chasing Evaldo, whose seen Braga agree terms with Sporting over a fee for his transfer.

His agent, Renato Moura, revealed: "It's true Evaldo has other possibilities in the pipeline.

"The two clubs (Sporting and Braga) have come to an understanding, but the key is the will of the player. If there is no agreement with the player, the transfer cannot happen."
