The agent of Uruguay's U20 World Cup winning captain Fabricio Diaz admits Barcelona could miss out on the midfielder.
Diaz has spoken openly about a move to Barca this summer.

"I don't like to talk about specific clubs or names. It's a matter of respect," said the representative in his interview with FcInter1908.
"However, there are several clubs in Europe that are interested in my client, but I prefer to keep it confidential.
"Inter is a club that is very close to us (his agency). The same goes for Juventus, Roma, Torino, Milan and others.
“For now there are no concrete offers from any Italian club.
“Thanks to his mother's Italian origins, he will be able to obtain a European passport. But at the moment this document isn't ready just yet."
