The agent of Real Madrid defender Fabio Cannavaro expects the Italy captain to stay in the Primera Liga next season.

Gaetano Fedele said: "I think Cannavaro's return to Italy is unlikely.

"He likes it in Madrid and I don't think Capello's destiny will change his position in any way.

"We have been contacted by Juventus recently, but only because they wanted to congratulate us for the Liga title and we did the same for their return to Serie A."
