Russian agent Oleg Eremin believes Arsen Zakharyan can make it at Chelsea.

The Blues are expected to meet the €15m buyout clause in Zakharyan's Dynamo Moscow contract this week.

Eremin told MetaRatings: "Of course, there are chances. Everything will depend on how much Chelsea and Dynamo want to carry out this story. The desire of the player, as I understand it, is he wants it.

"In 99 percent of cases, transfers from Russia to abroad are disrupted due to the fact that the parties cannot agree on the conditions.

"Another point is what opportunities Zakharyan will have at Chelsea? There will be opportunities, but everything will depend on the kid, on how he adapts to those conditions, requirements, and how much he will be motivated to gain a foothold in the Londoners and in general in the Premier League.

"As much as Arsen wants this, he will succeed. He has all the possibilities. A talented guy, the rest is in the work."
