The agent of Tottenham midfielder Sandro is unsure about a summer move away.

Sandro's representative, Luiz Paulo Chignall, concedes that a move away will be difficult to realise.

He told ESPN Brazil: "We are waiting to see what happens when the window opens but any transfer would have to be a permanent deal."
