Chelsea will send Kevin de Bruyne out on loan again next season according to his agent.
The 21-year old Belgian winger has spent this campaign with Werder Bremen and is being tracked by a number of other German clubs including Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Dortmund and Schalke.
de Bruyne's representative Patrick de Koster suggested the former Genk young gun would almost certainly spend another campaign away from Stamford Bridge in order to further his development and would be a perfect fit for Leverkusen if they offload Andre Schurrle to the Blues as has been mooted.
"Chelsea does not want to sell Kevin. They want to send him out on loan again," de Koster told Welt.
"Several clubs from Bundesliga are interested in him such as Leverkusen, Dortmund and Schalke.
"Bayer Leverkusen is a very good option. They will play in the Champions League next season and Kevin could probably play in Andre Schurrle's position.
"Kevin wants to proceed in his career and Leverkusen might be the right place."
