Agent Dario Canovi has sung the praises of AC Milan's scouting team.

Canovi isn't surprised seeing Milan move for Santos midfielder Angelo Gabriel.

He stated, “Milan undoubtedly have the best scouting sector in Italy and the interest in Angelo Gabriel stems from the intelligent policy on young players.

"The only choice they are yet to fully exploit is signing (Charles) De Ketelaere.

“(Sandro) Tonali, on the other hand, is becoming the classic flagship player who will remain at Milan. We must not forget that in order to remain at the club, he halved his salary,"
