Agent Graziano Battistini admits Maurizio Sarri's resignation from Lazio didn't surprise him.

Sarri stepped down after Lazio's Champions League exit against Bayern Munich.

Battistini told TMW: "A few years ago I met Mister Sarri, he is a person of integrity and passionate about work.

"I believe his words, it is certainly an important gesture.

"It didn't surprise me, because I met a person who always wants to make an impact."
