The agent of Barcelona fullback Martin Montoya has revealed the interest of Valencia.

Barca are struggling to agree new terms with the Spain international.

José María Orobitg told Fichajes.net "The player wants to renew his contract. FC Barcelona wants to keep him, but we do expect an offer.

"Martin is open to potential offers from other teams.

"I know that Valencia have asked about him."
