The agent of PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Afellay says there's no buyout clause in his contract.

Last week, Arsenal and Chelsea target Afellay admitted: "I cannot say that I will finish the season with PSV. You cannot plan in football. It can change from day to day."

The midfielder's agent, Rob Jansen, said: "You can assume that there is no limit to the transfer in Afellay's PSV contract. If there is a club that wants Afellay then certainly in a sensible way we will handle such a situation.

"We'll do this in consultation with the player, so we must also agree with each other."
