The agent of Pavel Nedved has left the door open to the Juventus midfielder dumping retirement plans. "Pavel continues another year? Nothing is impossible, but we must first ask Juve," said Mino Raiola last night.
Former Juve teammate Lilian Thuram, who is visiting the club this week, remarked: "If Pavel needs to retire, then every player should."
Meanwhile, Vincenzo Iaquinta is set to sign a new contract with Juve.
The striker is to ink a new deal to 2013 with a salary increase to £2 million.
