The agent of Lazio captain Ciro Immobile cannot guarantee him staying this summer.

Alessandro Moggi says they will consider their options at the end of the season.

“Ciro is part of Lazio history, he's the captain," Moggi told Sport Mediaset.

“He's doing well in Rome but it's clear that lots of different situations could crop up before, and after, the end of the season.

“Immobile's will, as he's shown many times over the years, is to stay in Rome wearing the Lazio shirt. Some situations could still arise in the summer transfer market."
