Manchester City academy boss Mark Allen is pleased with the progress his young players are making.

Many of Allen's squad have played at higher levels this season.

When players like George Evans, Courtney Meppen-Walter, Ellis Plummer, Devante Cole, Adam Drury and Jordi Hiwula all get chances to play for the EDS, that is a fantastic advert for the club's development programme," he told City's website.
