AC Milan's on-loan Chelsea striker Andriy Shevchenko paid tribute to Portsmouth's fans after last night's 2-2 UEFA Cup draw.
"I remember when I played here for Chelsea," said Shevchenko. "It is always so difficult to play at Portsmouth.
"Portsmouth are a great team and the atmosphere was fantastic. It is always great to play in a wonderful English atmosphere like that."
