Gremio defender Rodrigo Ely is being tracked by AC Milan.

Milan have been following the 16 year-old prospect since last March and are keen to bring him to Italy this year.

Zero Hora says Milan are already preparing to complete Ely's signing and are busy putting together the right passport and international clearance documentation for the player.

Ely is off contract from Gremio and has been training at one of Milan's local soccer schools in preparation for his move to Italy,
