AC Milan veteran Pippo Inzaghi has taken aim at Inter Milan coach Leonardo.
Massimiliano Allegri won the Scudetto on his first attempt, whereas many have a poor memory of Leonardo after he moved to rivals Inter.
"Leonardo got it wrong on an interpersonal level. He did the exact opposite of Allegri, who connected with the players and was very smart to earn the faith of the squad without storming in to mark his authority.
"The most important thing for a manager to do is get the players on his side, as that brings you to success.
"The tactician I am closest to remains Carlo Ancelotti. We won so much together, although all my Coaches gave me something special."
