AC Milan striker Luca Scapuzzi is in the sights of Manchester City.
City boss Roberto Mancini has pleaded for more signings in the last 24 hours.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Mancini is ready to take a gamble on Scapuzzi, with the youngster set to go straight into City's reserve side if he decides to move to England.
Scapuzzi, 20, is available for around £1 million.
