AC Milan have completed the outright transfer of Stephan El Shaarawy.

Milan have officially taken full ownership of El Shaarawy, sending Alexander Merkel to Genoa.

The two players had been co-owned by the two clubs.

All co-ownership deals must be either renewed or resolved by Friday at 18.00 UK time or go to a blind auction.
