AC Milan are planning a double raid on Porto this summer.
Milan chief Ariedo Braida has been a regular at Porto games since the turn of the year.
Corriere dello Sport says Braida is keen on Porto striker Hulk and midfielder Fernando for the summer market.
Brazilian Hulk would arrive as cover for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, while Fernando is viewed as a replacement for veteran Andrea Pirlo in Milan's midfield.
Meanwhile, injury concerns for Alexandre Pato has seen Giacomo Beretta promoted from the primavera squad.
Milan management have high hope for the 19 year-old striker, who could make his Serie A debut this week.
