AC Milan plan to replace Balotelli with PSG ace Lavezzi

AC Milan are keen to sell Mario Balotelli and replace him with PSG attacker Ezequiel Lavezzi.

Milan GM Adriano Galliani met with coach Pippo Inzaghi yesterday to discuss transfer market strategy and Balotelli is high on the agenda.

"There are no offers for Balotelli," Galliani reported to Inzaghi, "but tomorrow something may come in the mail ... Email."

Tuttosport says the price is dropping, with the valuation already falling from €25 million to €20 million.

Meanwhile, Milan are encouraged that Lavezzi's attempts to discuss new terms with PSG have stalled. Pierpaolo Triulzi, his agent, has met with PSG chiefs, but nothing has progressed.

Indeed, should PSG push through with a deal for Real Madrid winger Angel di Maria, then FFP laws will mean they will have to sell - with Lavezzi a prime candidate to go.
