AC Milan are chasing Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas for the summer market.

Milan are currently in the middle of a takeover, which is set to finally be completed next month.

Corriere Dello Sport says the new Chinese investors are prepared to pump some serious cash into the club to make them a European powerhouse once again.

And they claim that Fabregas, 29, has been targeted as the man to get pulses racing among fans in Italy and the Far East.

The Spaniard has fallen out of favour since the arrival of Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge, making a paltry five Premier League starts all season.
