AC Milan make it clear they will not pursue Arsenal's Fabregas

AC Milan have sent mixed messages recently but the club's chief Adriano Galliani insists they will not go after Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas. Rossoneri manager Max Allegri mentioned the name of the Spanish star midfielder when talking about possible transfer targets at a press event in Livorno - "We've not just discovered Fabregas this morning. There are two months of the market left and Adriano Galliani knows perfectly what this side is missing."

But Galliani has dismissed those claims, saying that Fabregas will certainly not be a Milan player.

"Fabregas is not even a dream because we have never thought about him," he told Sky Sport Italia.

"There is zero possibility of seeing him at Milan."
