AC Milan are keen to buy outright on-loan Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko - but for a discount.

Bakayoko's season-long loan deal with Milan includes a permanent option worth €40m.

However, Tuttosport says while they want to keep hold of the midfielder, Milan want to renegotiate the price to closer to €25m. They paid €5m for his 12 month loan.

Chelsea had wanted €40m in total because that is how much they shelled out to Monaco in the summer of 2017.

So far this term, Bakayoko has made 12 appearances for Milan between Serie A and the Europa League.
