AC Milan fullback Luca Antonini enjoys playing for coach Massimiliano Allegri.

He praised the ability of boss Allegri despite not always being a part of his plans.

"I've always been convinced by Allegri, even when I wasn't being called up," he said. "I never gave up though and just worked in silence.

"One of Allegri's best abilities is that he isn't conditioned by anything. If you work hard in training then he'll give you a chance in the starting XI."
