AC Milan football chief Geoffrey Moncada says their winter market remains open.

The Rossonero are being linked with several defensive names this month.

Moncada told Sky Italia before yesterday's win at Udinese: "We worked a lot, we are more focused and there is a good spirit. The group lives well.

"We are always together: we win together, we lose together and we want to develop the team and the group.

"We have the same line as the coach. We look at the market, we are on the same page and we want to find the players but we need calm, looking at the profiles, talking to the clubs, it's a job to do every day."
