Arsenal striker Adebayor has been a leading target for Milan but vice-president Galliani has consistently stated that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger's demands for Adebayor are too expensive.
And Galliani has now suggested the Italian giants will end their interest in bringing Adebayor to the San Siro.
"We've stopped dealing with Wenger and have to reconfirm that up to now Milan has above all important sacrifices to make in negotiations with its current players, starting with Kaka," Galliani told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Italian newspaper also claims that Milan are on the brink of finalising a deal to sign Ronaldinho from Barcelona.
