AC Milan defender Simon Kjaer admits he's found the midseason break "strange".
Kjaer, however, says he's fully fit and ready for the Serie A resumption.
He said: “Strange period. I arrived in Dubai on the 15th and it's strange, everything is new, but in my opinion we had good training and a good trip. It's a shame about the results, but we can only improve. It will be very important to start well on the 4th, then we play every 3 days.
"The coach will need everyone, it will be a very intense period. I am convinced that we are at a good point.
“I'm fine, I'm improving, I'm trying to find my way; it's been the most physically and mentally demanding year of my career, but I'm in a great team and in a great club that has always been close to me, so there's just work to do."
