AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli insists he's not distracted by rumours of Antonio Conte speaking with Rossoneri officials.
It's been claimed Conte has been in talks about replacing Pioli at the end of the season.
Pioli said today: "It doesn't bother me at all, it bores me a little, but this is quite normal in modern football... Two colleagues announced their abandonment of prestigious positions 5 months earlier.
"What matters is that my players and I want to demonstrate our value until the end of the season, then we'll see."
Asked if he was disappointed a new defender wasn't signed last month, he added: "Another defender did not arrive because the opportunities that were created on the market did not respond to our and my needs; we were looking for a ready and level defender, not from another league, not learning the language."
