AC Milan coach Allegri: My future in Berlusconi hands

AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri admits his future is in the hands of president Silvio Berlusconi.

Allegri has been linked with AS Roma in recent days.

"I have a clear idea on what I want to do next season, but what really irritated me was this collection of reports on things that do not exist," he told Mediaset Premium.

"First of all, it shows a lack of respect for the other Coaches. I haven't signed a three-year contract with Roma. I am an honest person and if I'd been in talks with other clubs, I certainly would've alerted by employers.

"I hope to remain at Milan, but it depends on President Berlusconi. He has the final word. I have always had a good rapport with the President, regardless of what the newspapers said. He always put his faith in me independently from some viewpoints we do not share. If they send me away, then that's another matter," he smiled.

"There's no point talking about the future now, as things change so quickly in football. I can only say I'm happy at Milan and have another year on my contract."
