AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has declared they're seeking an attacking midfield signing.

After the captures of Barcelona fullback Gianluca Zambrotta and Genoa striker Marco Borriello, Galliani revealed yesterday: "The next one will be an attacker, but I never said that we'd sign Ronaldinho.

"He is one of the many that we are following, but a little less than others.

"If we return to playing with a midfielder and two strikers, it is more likely we'll seek an attacking midfielder.

"Samuel Eto'o? Barcelona knows that he interests us, but the figures they're asking are absurd. We'll bid and hope to find a good agreement."
