AC Milan are seeking talks with Liverpool for midfielder Alberto Aquilani.
Aquilani is on-loan at Juventus and can be signed permanently for £11 million - a figure the Turin club are not prepared to meet.
Leggo says Milan have been watching developments and are keen to open dialogue with Liverpool over a deal for Aquilani.
The midfielder would arrive as a like-for-like replacement for Andrea Pirlo, who ironically is a Bosman target for Juve.
Milan medical chiefs also feel they can rid Aquilani's injury problems once and for all by getting him inside the MilanLab on a regular basis.
