AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani admits Ronaldo is suffering a fresh calf injury.

Ronaldo missed yesterday's victory over Genoa and Galliani said: "He has a calf pain, cannot play and I already said that I am not a doctor and so I do not know what to say.

"Before the match in Bergamo, he was optimal."
