AC Milan GM Adriano Galliani says a bid for Roma defender Andrea Romagnoli is now in.
The youngster is also being linked with Arsenal.
“Our offer for Romagnoli is €25m and it's non-negotiable," he said to ANSA.
“If Roma accept it then very well, but otherwise we will make other assessments."
