AC Milan chief Ariedo Braida made a check on Parma midfielder McDonald Mariga on the weekend.
Braida was in the stands to see the Kenya international in action against Cagliari.
A deal could be struck involving the remaining 50 per cent of Parma striker Alberto Paloschi's registration which Milan currently hold.
