AC Milan chief Ariedo Braida insists they're not interested in Palermo midfielder Fabio Simplicio.

The Brazilian was linked with Milan in yesterday morning's press.

But Braida told mediterraneonline.it: "The news has only just come to me. I see that there are four names written down, but Simplicio doesn't interest us because we are not looking for players."

Asked if Milan would therefore not be doing any business in the January transfer window, Braida added: "We are not looking for players."
