AC Milan are readying a bid for Aston Villa fullback Jordan Amavi.

The young Frenchman was one of the few shining lights at Villa this season before a serious injury curtailed his campaign.

Amavi is now expected to leave Villa Park this summer following their relegation - and Milan are ready to pounce.
