AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti admits Ronaldo's latest injury setback is worrying.
"The relapse is not beautiful nor positive," said Ancelotti. "Rather than feel sorry, we are worried. We need him fit and scoring for us. We need his goals.
"We can't think about his contract, Ronaldo needs to recover and show he can make an important contribution."
