AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has spoken of how he man-manages Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Allegri was able to get the best from the Swede last season.
He said: "I think a Coach needs to be partly a psychologist. Take Ibrahimovic. He's not an easy player to deal with, as it requires patience.
"With him you have to use both the stick and the carrot. Ibra is a strong personality and needs to be relaxed at times, while in other occasions he has to be stimulated, otherwise he falls asleep.
"Gennaro Gattuso certainly doesn't need to be stimulated - quite the opposite! He's too fired up as it is!"
