AC Milan have received a boost with Antonio Cassano cleared to train again following his heart op before Christmas.

The 29-year-old has been out of action since the end of October after suffering a mild stroke that doctors found was the result of a minor heart condition.

After the latest round of examinations held at Milanello this week, it has been confirmed through a Press release on Friday evening that doctors have now given Cassano the green light to begin 'progressive individual athletic' training from tomorrow.
