AC Milan have made a move for Toulouse midfielder Amine Adli.
Sky Italia says Milan have made a first offer of €5m plus bonuses for Adli.
The proposal was made on Tuesday evening and they are waiting for a response from the Ligue 2 side.
The performance-related bonuses would take the total sum of the transfer fee up to a maximum of €7m.
